Orissa State Cooperative Union is the Apex institution in the State which takes the responsibility of educating in Cooperative principles, right and responsibilities of members of Cooperatives functioning in the State through four training Colleges and 17 Field Level Training Centres (FLTC) one under each Central Cooperative Banks.Besides an Institute of Cooperative Management is functioning at Bhubaneswar under NCUI (National Coop. Union of India.)
